5.1 Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are sold as used unless otherwise specified. While we conduct thorough inspections, we recommend independent inspections before purchase. Vehicle condition reports and history are provided to the best of our knowledge and ability.

5.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms include:

• Full payment required before vehicle delivery
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, certified cheque, approved financing
• Prices subject to change without notice until purchase agreement is signed
• Additional fees may apply for registration, documentation, and delivery

5.3 Warranty and Returns

Vehicle warranties, if provided, are specified in the purchase agreement. Return policies comply with Dutch consumer protection laws. Statutory warranty rights under EU and Dutch law are not affected by these terms.

6. Financing Services

Financing services are provided through third-party partners. Approval is subject to credit checks and lending criteria. Terms and conditions of financing agreements are separate from these Terms and governed by the respective financing agreements.

7. Service and Maintenance

Service appointments are subject to availability. We use reasonable care and skill in providing maintenance services. Warranty on service work is provided as specified in service agreements. Parts warranties are as provided by manufacturers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by cerozavt or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Vehicle images and descriptions are for informational purposes and may not reflect the exact vehicle available.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cerozavt's liability is limited as follows:

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud

15. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer under Dutch or EU law, you have additional rights that cannot be limited by these Terms, including statutory warranty rights, cooling-off periods for certain purchases, and rights under consumer protection legislation.

16.1 Informal Resolution

16.2 Mediation

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to mediation through a recognised Dutch mediation service before proceeding to litigation.

16.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the competent courts of the Netherlands. For consumers, this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and cerozavt regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
